Shillong, November 4 : The senior women’s selection committee of the Meghalaya Cricket Association has named a 15-member squad with standbys for the BCCI’s U-23 Women’s T20 Trophy 2025-26 plate group.
Meghalaya will face Pondicherry in their first match on 24 November. All the matches will be played in Agartala.
Monical L Phawa will captain the team, with Suriti Kumari Ray the vice-captain.
A preparatory camp will be held from 7 to 20 November at the Ri-Bhoi District Cricket Association Ground at Pahamsning, Nongkhrah. Players and support staff from Khasi-Jaintia Hills, including standbys, will report at Polo Ground, Shillong on 6 November at 2pm for departure to Nongpoh. Players and standbys from Garo Hills will report directly at Nongpoh on 6 November. The Meghalaya team will then leave Nongpoh for Agartala on 21 November.
