Shillong, January 08 : German hard rock legends Scorpions are set to perform in Shillong as part of their “Coming Home” Tour 2026, marking a major return to India after nearly two decades.
The English Rock show is scheduled for Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Polo Ground, Shillong, promising an arena-scale spectacle for rock fans in the Northeast.
As per the event announcement, ticketing will open in phases:
- Kotak Credit Card Presale: Thursday, January 15, from 12 PM IST onwards.
- General Sale: Saturday, January 17, from 1 PM IST onwards
With a career spanning decades and over 100 million records sold, Scorpions are expected to deliver fan favourites such as “Rock You Like a Hurricane,” “Still Loving You,” “Send Me an Angel,” and “Wind of Change,” alongside their signature high-energy performance featuring soaring vocals and searing guitar solos.
Organisers describe the tour as a landmark moment for Indian rock audiences—positioning the 2026 run as a special chapter in the band’s global legacy.
