Nongpoh, July 23: The Ri-Bhoi District Police have sought public assistance in tracing four persons who are wanted in connection with Byrnihat Police Station Case No. 14(06)2026, registered under Sections 103, 131 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS).
The persons wanted in connection with the case have been identified as Chitro Sangma, approximately 20 years old; Nipul Sangma, approximately 20 years old; Tobias Marak, approximately 21 years old; and Chigring Momin, approximately 21 years old. All four are residents of Dahel Bagan under Byrnihat Police Station in Ri-Bhoi district.
According to the police, the whereabouts of the four individuals are currently not known. The police have appealed to anyone having information regarding the identity or whereabouts of the wanted persons to contact the Police Control Room (PCR), Nongpoh, at 9856084514.
The appeal was issued by the Superintendent of Police, Ri-Bhoi District, Nongpoh, and photographs of the four wanted persons have also been enclosed with the notice.
