Shillong, June 28 : The Anti-Narcotics Task Force (ANTF) of East Khasi Hills district apprehended three drug traffickers on June 28, 2023 evening at Centre Nongrim Hills. One of the accused is a woman.
The ANTF team recovered 10 soap cases containing heroin weighing 114.97 grams, one scooty bearing registration number ML05- P-6944, three mobile phones, one passbook, and one backpack from the possession of the accused.
The ANTF team is conducting further investigation to ascertain the source of the drugs and the intended recipients.
