Shillong, July 30 : IIM Shillong hosted the first of its kind “Open Studio” event on July 30, 2023. The event showcased the culmination of the Artists Residency Program, which saw 15 artists from across India come together to create stunning paintings.
The Open Studio was inaugurated by Ms. Richa Agarwal, CEO of Emami Art and Chairperson of the Kolkata Centre for Creativity. She spoke about the importance of art in business and how creativity can be used to create commercial success.
The event also featured a diverse array of artworks contributed by IIM Shillong faculty and students. The exhibition was a testament to the dedication, passion, and creativity of the artists involved.
