Shillong, February 17 : Shillong Lajong will play their away game at the SSA Stadium in Shillong, which will be hosted by Neroca FC in the I-League tomorrow at 2 p.m.
Lajong comes into this match with 19 points under their belt, with 5 wins, 4 draws, and 4 losses.
During the press conference held earlier today, Lajong head coach Bobby L. Nongbet said that after two consecutive losses, he is looking forward to tomorrow’s game and is pretty confident that the team will deliver since it is also a familiar environment and stadium playing at the venue, which is basically their home ground, but he also stated that Neroca are still a good side, so it is going to be an even match between the two sides but nonetheless he is hoping for all 3 points.
Neroca are placed 12th on the points table with 2 wins, 1 draw, and 9 losses, accumulating 7 points.
Both teams will look forward to getting back to winning form and collecting all three points.
Due to unfortunate circumstances in Manipur, Neroca FC have shifted their home venue to Shillong and will therefore host the first match tomorrow at the SSA Stadium against Lajong.
They will also play their remaining I-League home matches at the SSA Stadium in Shillong for the rest of the season.
