Shillong, February 12 : The Office of the Deputy Commissioner, East Khasi Hills District, has issued an order notifying that certain Saturdays in February and March 2026 will be observed as regular working days.
The decision has been taken in pursuance of Office Order No. GAA.33/98/Pt/93 dated December 9, 2025, issued by the Under Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, General Administration (A) Department, as compensation for holidays observed in December.
As per the order, all officers and staff have been directed to attend office on the following dates:
- Saturday, February 14, 2026
- Saturday, February 21, 2026
- Saturday, March 14, 2026
- Saturday, March 28, 2026
